RETURNAREA PRODUSELOR

Produsele achiziționate la distanță se pot returna conform O.U.G. 34/2014. Cumpărătorul are dreptul să notifice în scris vânzătorul că renunță la cumpărare, fără penalități și fără invocarea unui motiv, în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea produsului. Se recomandă utlizarea aceluiași serviciu de transport utilizat pentru recepționarea produselor.

În cazul produselor personalizate, acestea sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retur.

MODALITATEA DE RETURNARE

Produsele trebuie să fie în ambalajul original în stare intactă, așa cum au fost primite, produsele să nu fie deteriorate și să conțină toate accesoriile primite.

Pentru returnarea produsului, cumpărătorul trebuie să notifice în scris acest lucru la adresa de email cocanhub@gmail.com, prin SMS sau telefonic la numărul de telefon 0772214146 în cel mult 14 zile calendaristice de la data primirii produsului. Vânzătorul va înapoia contravaloarea produsului în contul bancar al cumpărătorului. Cheltuielile de transport pentru returnarea produsului vor fi suportate de către cumpărător.

Returnarea produsului se va face într-un ambalaj care nu permite deteriorarea produsului pe durata transportului.

De îndată ce produsul ajunge la noi, banii vor fi returnați (în cel mult 7 zile calendaristice) în contul bancar pus la dispoziție de cumpărător. Suma returnată va fi egală cu valoarea produselor achitată la plasarea comenzii.
